Michelle will share with you everything she has learnt in the 4 years she has been learning to bake sourdough in a mere 6 hoursSo what’s included in the Sourdough Masterclass?
You will learn how to feed a starter, make a dough and bake a loaf of beautiful sourdough bread.
The class is absolutely hands on, as it’s really the only way to learn!
There will be a maximum of 12 attendees per class, so there’s plenty of opportunity for one on one teaching. Morning and afternoon tea included, along with an epic lunch, and we finish with French Champagne of course!

Cancelation Policy
If you cancel the event 21 days out from the event date full payment is required.
If cancelled over 21days 30% admin fee will be charged.
We allow one event date swap per event if over 21days notice – subject to availability
