This booking is a reschedule of a previous booking OR a booking that was invoiced directly.
Payment will be due in full at least 21 days prior to event.
You will receive an updated invoice once your reschedule date has been processed.

Includes:
* 8hr booking (with extra 60min setup/packdown)

* Tables and chairs for 10-18pax training room (depending on restrictions)
* Extra chairs for larger events available on request (please add to notes in booking form)

* Walking distance to shopping centre with lunch venues
Cancelation Policy
If you cancel the event 21 days out from the event date full payment is required.
If cancelled over 21days 30% admin fee will be charged.
We allow one event date swap per event if over 21days notice – subject to availability
